Abstract: Functional imaging modalities including norepinephrine receptor based imaging (MIBG scan)， Somatostatin receptor based imagings (Octreoscan， Dotapeptide PET/CT)， Dopa receptor base imaging (FDOPA PET/CT) and metabolism based imaging (FDG PET/CT) for NET to be discussed in this talk with emphasis of their role in guiding treatment and monitoring response. Current confusions and future directions of NET functional imaging to be reviewed. 8 years’ experience and statistics of a tertiary center to be outlined and shared.
